Ordering and payment

All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you (the purchaser) to purchase goods and any acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at. It does not denote acceptance of your order as availability of goods needs to be verified. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided when ordering. We will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been stated correctly.

By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your credit card as detailed at the time of your order. Upon payment, title to the goods will pass to you and we will send you a receipted invoice by post.

Prices

Prices are shown in £UK (Pounds Sterling)are VAT inclusive and may be subject to change and availability.
Postage and packing is chargeable as an additional cost (unless mentioned otherwise ie: items with free postage) and will vary with destination and quantity shipped. Each item available on our website includes information about postage price. Please note, all our shipping prices are for UK MAINLAND only.
Additional charges will be applied to orders which do not qualify for UK Mainland delivery. Please contact us for quote.
All charges will be confirmed to you prior to your committing to purchase.

Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address provided by you, typically within 3-4 business working days. We ship all our orders usually within 24 hrs.
You will get email notification, once your order is dispatched.
We use weight based shipping policy in our store.
If you buy more then one item then shipping weight increases but never exceeds £12. Your total delivery charge will be confirmed before final order is made.
All items are insured and carefully packed.
We use couriers like Parcelforce, HDNL and UPS and Royal Mail for small items.
If you have not received the item(s) within the expected time please advise us so that we can attempt to trace the package. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay.

Returns

Whilst we carefully check everything we sell, we will do all we can to rectify any fault.
When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. Any damage must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will arrange for collection and replacement. If this is not possible, you have the option of choosing an alternative or a full refund.

Further, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of items within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

Should you decide that you wish to change your mind, you must notify us of your intent within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund the cost of goods as soon as we have received them in perfect condition. The refund is for the cost of goods only and does not cover the initial costs of despatching the goods to you and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. You are also responsible for ensuring the goods are insured adequately as we will not be liable for any damage or loss to the goods whilst being returned to us. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that you notify us of your desire to cancel.

We at Evergreen Global Trading Ltd. respect your privacy. Our website is secure and incorporates the latest security measures to protect your information. You can be assured that your credit card & personal information will remain confidential.
Any details given to Nochex or PayPal are strictly private and are between you and them. These details are never shared with us or with any other 3rd party. We neither sell nor distribute your information to third-parties. Your email and mailing address will only be used by our staff for the purpose of processing your order, and to notify you of our new products, if you would like to opt for it.
We do not use “cookies” on our website.

Payments

We Offer Secure Payments with Nochex secure payment system, Google Checkout & PayPal

To ensure your complete peace of mind when it comes to paying for our product on-line we use Shopify to process the the order information and Nochex, Google Checkout and PayPal as our payment partners. Nochex, Google Checkout and PayPal are few of the most trusted payment processing providers on the internet thus assuring that your payment or any information related to it will never get into the wrong hands.

During the checkout process you will be directed to our secure shopping partner Shopify. Here you have an option to pay using PayPal (you don’t need paypal account to use it) or Google Checkout by clicking on the respective logos. If you would like to pay using your Credit / Debit Card please fill in your contact details, delivery address and confirm your order. These details are needed to ensure that we send the items to the correct address and that we can contact you in case there is any problem with your order.

You also have a choice to pay with your credit or debit card using Nochex payment system. To offer the maximum protection against credit card fraud Nochex use the “3D secure” protocol. This means that you will be asked to use the “Verify by Visa” or “MasterCard secure code” details that have been pre-registered with your card issuer so please have this information available when you pay. If you have not already registered these details you will be invited to do so as part of the payment authentication process. If your card issuer is not yet part of the “3D secure” scheme you will automatically be directed past this step. This will be the case for most cards issued outside of the UK. If you are in any doubt about this please contact your card issuer for information. By 2010 all payments by credit or debit card through the internet will require the 3D secure checks to be done. Nochex are at the forefront of ensuring this system is in place and working correctly. Although we appreciate that this adds yet another check into the system please remember this type of check is in place to protect both you and others from credit card fraud and as a company we are committed to helping to do this.
